Challenge
A design collective needed a durable branded patch that read clearly across lighting conditions and wash cycles while keeping production consistent across three material families.
Approach
We prototyped stitch maps, measured thread abrasion and dialed MEMS-like stitch repeats. Patterns were converted to parametric files and verified against tolerant registration marks. A controlled sample run validated colorfastness and tensile retention.
